Trig – Exhibiting at EAA ‘Spirit of Aviation’ Week

July 16, 2020

As a regular exhibitor at EAA Air Venture Trig is delighted to support EAA’s virtual ‘Spirit of Aviation Week’ event 21-25th of July.

Jon Roper, Trig Marketing Manager said, “These last few months have been tough for everyone, but the passion for aviation and Air Venture burns bright. It is great that the EAA has launched an online exhibition – now pilots everywhere can see what Trig can offer them.” During the event aircraft owners will be able to visit the virtual Trig booth 3130 and find out more about Trig products.

Trig has a strong following amongst EAA members. Many experimental, light-sport and homebuilders have installed the TN72 ADS-B Bundle. For under $ 3,000 this provides a FAR 91.227 solution for ADS-B rule airspace. The kit includes a Mode S TT22 transponder, TN72 Position Source and TA70 GPS antenna. Existing Trig customers can of course add a TN72 GPS to their TT22 or TT31 transponders, a software upgrade may be necessary.

Trig’s stack products are also part of this initiative. Trig’s latest TY96A VHF slimline radio is highly practical, particularly in aircraft where space is tight. The TY96A is the same height as the popular SL40 and yet shorter and much lighter.

Trig is a European company, but with an established network of North American Approved Trig Dealers. Trig also has a dedicated Trig Service Center, at Mid Continent Instruments and Avionics in Kansas.

Jon Roper and Dean Bryce of Trig Sales will be available to provide assistance to customers. Jon Roper said, “We are pilots, and Trig products deliver the best mix of quality, features and value for our customers – we look forward to being of assistance.”
