For technical support in Europe please contact our Trig Service Centre. We are able to arrange service exchange, repairs and offer Trig customers both installation and technical support.
If you need a repair please make sure you have the product serial number available, and as many details of the nature of the problem as possible. We will always aim to get you back in the air as soon as possible. If a repair is required we will aim to repair or replace a unit within five days (excludes shipping). Trig can also offer a ‘service exchange’ scheme allowing rapid replacement of a defective unit.
Please contact the Support Team before returning any units, so that our team can assist with debug or prepare for the work required.
