If you are based outside Europe, North America or the South Pacific i.e. any other part of the world, then please contact our Trig Service Centre based in Edinburgh. We are able to arrange service exchange, repairs and offer Trig customers both installation and technical support.

If you need a repair provide the support team with the following information;

  • Unit model
  • Unit serial number
  • Date of installation
  • Fault description
  • Your contact details and return address

We will always aim to get you back in the air as soon as possible. If a repair is required we will aim to repair or replace a unit within ten days (excludes shipping). Trig can also offer a ‘service exchange’ scheme allowing rapid replacement of a defective unit.

Please contact the Support Team before returning any units, so our team can assist with debug or book in the repair.
